A Champion for All

I’m running for a seat on the San Bernardino City Unified School District because I believe in empowering our San Bernardino schools to be the best they can be. My campaign is all about championing the resources, programs, and policies that ensure every student receives a top-notch education, regardless of their background or circumstances.

I envision a district where teachers are supported and inspired to bring their best to the classroom, where families are active partners in the learning process, and where students are equipped with the skills to thrive in an ever-changing world. From STEM programs to arts and athletics, I aim to expand opportunities that engage and challenge our youth.

To achieve this vision, I’ll focus on strengthening community partnerships, advocating for innovative teaching methods, and fostering an environment of safety and inclusion. With your support, we can continue to foster postive and enriching environments for our scholars as well as continue to provide addition after-school resources and programs for our scholars to continue to succeed. Together, let's build a district where every child has the opportunity to succeed, and where education is a bridge to a brighter future for our community.

Meet Felicia

Felicia C. Alexander's life journey began in Southern California, where her parents instilled in her the values of service and education. Her professional career has over 30 years of experience in Global Supply Chain. Mrs. Alexander currently serves as the Corporate Director of Logistics for an Aerospace and Defense company. Beyond her professional endeavors, Felicia and her husband founded the Annual Halloween Trunk or Treat, and the San Bernardino Turkey Trot 10K/5K family fun run attracting participants from across California.

Felicia's commitment to civic engagement is evident through her involvement in various organizations, including serving as a President of the Assistance League of San Bernardino, American Legion Auxiliary, San Bernardino County Commissioner, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. She was recognized for her contributions by the Civil Rights Institute of Inland Southern California and the Riverside Historical Society "Women of Achievement" Award in 2023 and Senator Mike Morrell's "Woman of the Year" Award in 2017.

Academically, Felicia holds a B.A. in Sociology from U.C. Santa Barbara, an M.A. in Organizational Development and Leadership from John F. Kennedy University, and certifications in Systems Engineering from CALTECH and Project Management from Southern Methodist University. She cherishes spending quality time with her husband, traveling, and enjoying moments with their blended family of five children and four grandchildren.
